Mindfulness in the Virtual Workspace
Today’s virtual workspace is more complicated and challenging than ever before. We’re constantly bombarded by an endless number of new conflicting distractions and priorities, making it very challenging to stay focused and on task. In addition, our conditioned need for nearly instant gratification makes it more difficult to maintain clarity and presence (mindfulness). Without mindfulness, an organization, its people, and its customers suffer mentally, physically, and fiscally.
