Today’s virtual workspace is more complicated and challenging than ever before. Productivity, effectivity, and even worker happiness has been significantly reduced because of social distancing and shelter-in-place.
We’re constantly bombarded by an endless number of new conflicting distractions and priorities, making it very challenging to stay focused and on task. In addition, our conditioned need for nearly instant gratification makes it more difficult to maintain clarity and presence (mindfulness).  Without mindfulness, an organization, its people, and its customers suffer mentally, physically, and fiscally.
People are the most valuable resource in any organization or team. Their success is based upon their collective ability to be collaborative, efficient, and effective. In addition, they must be mentally and physically healthy and present. With increased mindfulness, an organization and its people can be efficient, effective, team-oriented and remain focused on goals.
Mindfulness in the Virtual Workspace is a dynamic 8-hour (multiple sessions) online program where you will:

    • Gain tools to increase conscious awareness

    • Integrate mindfulness into your daily life

    • Learn workspace mindfulness

    • Gain tools for mindful leadership

    • Identify and reduce mental chatter and distractions

    • Learn and practice attention management exercises
