Encourage

After a path forward has been identified, it’s vital to encourage forward movement. Recognize their efforts and praise them for the actions they take, no matter how small. Your encouragement can be the fuel that keeps them moving toward their goals.

Support

Your role doesn’t end when the training session is over. Provide ongoing support and resources. This could involve making yourself available for questions, connecting them with other resources, or checking in on their progress. Creating a network of support helps individuals feel less alone in their journey.
